New Churches

We are grateful for generous partner churches across the state and for visionary church planters that are making this church planting movement possible. With Florida’s population growth crossing the 20 million mark, making the Sunshine State the third largest state in the nation, there is no better time to partner in the planting of new, life-giving churches than now.

At Florida Church Partners we believe that new church plants as well as new multi-site church campuses are critical strategies for reaching 1% of Florida's growing population. Multi-site campuses are proving to be one of the most effective ways to reach un-churched people across our state and nation.

Please remember our church plants in your prayers!

Connection Point Church, Pensacola, FL

Connection Point Church is located in Pensacola in the panhandle of Florida. Pensacola is in the center of the Bible belt. However, with more than 485,000 people, there are still approximately 250,000 who want nothing to do with God nor the church. Connection Point wants to change that by connecting ALL people with Jesus and with each other. So far, the launch team that God has assembled has been one of diversity reaching black, white, Hispanic, LGBTQ+, as well as those with a more post-modern view of Christianity. The vision “To Change The Way People Think About Church” has touched many who have been hurt by the church in the past. Connection Point Church launches April 7, 2019.

Restoration Christian Church, Cape Coral, FL

God began moving in the hearts of Rob and Meredith Kendall in 2011 to plant a church that leads people into a life-changing relationship with Christ and helps them find their God-given purpose. After 16 years of ministry in Franklin, TN, they left family and friends to make that vision a reality through Restoration Christian Church in the heart of Cape Coral, FL.

Cape Coral was listed as the fastest growing city by Forbes in 2017, has just passed Tallahassee as the 8th largest city in Florida and is projected to break the 200,000 barrier in 2019. In the three-mile target area of Restoration Christian there are over 85,000 people, but only 22 Bible believing, Gospel oriented churches and over 52,000 people that claim no religious affiliation, but God. God has been preparing the Kendall’s for such a time as this. Although Restoration Christian will not officially launch until September 8, 2019, they have already baptized their first believer!

We look forward to what God is going to do to help people find their purpose in Christ through Restoration Christian Church.

Eastside Christian Church, East Orlando, FL (Fall 2019)

To say that we never imagined God would call us to plant a church is the understatement of the century but God is doing immeasurably more than we could ever begin to ask or imagine!

Eastside Christian Church began with the conviction that somebody should plant a church on the Eastside of Orlando and has grown into a vision that God has called us to plant a church that plants churches in neighborhoods and communities around the city of Orlando.

We invite you to follow along and join us on this incredible journey as the story and impact of Eastside Christian Church is just beginning!

Multiply Christian Church, Winter Haven, FL (Fall 2019)

Here's the deal, at Multiply we care about one thing more than anything else: multiplying God's love for all through us. Multiply Christian Church is a growing family of individuals who’ve found hope in Jesus, and simply want as many people as possible to experience that exact same freedom.

Led by Ben & Jody Abbott, we’re striving to make God the priority in our lives. We’re designing our gatherings to reflect the truth of Heaven, where everyone has a seat at the table regardless of personal history, family background, ethnicity, or economic well-being; a place where “every tribe, every tongue, and every nation” gather and worship (Rev 7:9).

Multiply is currently in its preliminary stages and plans to host its first official gathering in the fall of 2019. If you are interested in helping start this exciting, multi-ethnic, economically-diverse church, send Ben a message, he would love to talk with you!
